Development Manager Job Duties:
Responsible to
devise methods to increase sales nationally and in International
markets such
as Latin America, Europe, Arabian Gulf and South East and Far East Asia. Direct and coordinate the activities
concerned with the sales and marketing and development of new concepts,
ideas,
basic data on and applications for the products and services sfaFinity,
Inc..
offers. Negotiate contracts and
agreements on behalf of company. Analyze
the marketing conditions for as to increase the potential uses for the
services
that company offers. Study data gathered
through questionnaires and opinion polls and oversee the organization
of the
findings of the studies and prepare recommendations for implementation
of the
changes that the client’s request.
Examine and interpret demographical data to forecast future
marketing
trends. Review the data gathered on the
competitors and analyzes their prices and methods of marketing and
distribution
and takes recommendations and assist in the implement of the proposal. Develop and implement methods and procedures
for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of
expenditures,
process reports, etc. Interact with
clients to identify their problem areas of business and propose a
suitable
solution of company’s software application, to eliminate those business
problems. Setup a business partner channel in the local US and
International
markets for sfaFinity’s product and services range. Responsible for a
revenue
target of $1.5M by 2006 and $5M by 2008. Requirements:
Master’s
degree in Engineering, Business or related field or the equivalent.*
*Employer
will accept Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
plus
five (5) years progressively responsible experience in lieu of the
Master’s
degree. Any suitable combination of
education, training or experience is acceptable. |
