sfCRM supports all operating systems including Windows, Linux and Mac. The code base remains the same for all OS' and we maintain only one single code base for all platforms and vertical domain vertical deployments. All that is needed is Sun's JRE (latest version which can be downloaded from java.sun.com. IBM/BEA Java is recommended for Linux platforms and details are provided in the relevant install guides
From a deployment perspective including administration and customization, we have included the Administrator's guide and the user's guide. Also included are links to online documentation which consists of flash videos and screen shot demos
