Consulting Services

Data migration services
sfaFinity or an authorized Channel partner will provide expert assistance with
migrating a customer's data from a legacy system to SFCRM. Prior to a
data conversion, an sfaFinity account rep will review a customer's
current database in detail and discuss every aspect of the data
migration to assure there is a smooth transition without incident.
Product training servicesAt
sfaFinity, the core focus of the design team is to make SFCRM
intuitive and easy to use from a user perspective. It is anticipated
that a user with basic browser skills will not need more than an hour's
orientation on the use of SFCRM. Web based training is also provided
with online training guides. Administration is also very easy and
requires very little training except to understand the SFCRM's setup and structure. For
advanced users requiring more knowledge, sfaFinity provides
structured training classes.
Technical support servicesFirst-rate
technical support is insurance against downtime. The sfaFinity
technical team provides their clients with prompt, expert support via
